My thirty year professional journey has been defined by an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to explore new ideas, places, cultures and experiences professionally and personally. During the past 20 years living and working in Asia as an owner, leader, director and adviser, I have navigated dynamic Western and Asian business environments, learning to balance risk, innovation, efficiency, and flexibility.

I have built and led profitable professional services firms, managing business development, brand and reputation, legal, compliance, risk and people and culture. Every business returned annual double digit profit on net revenue when established, largely because I built teams of great people within a respectful, flexible and accountable culture. Earning B-Corp Certification in one of my businesses validates these high standards of performance, accountability, and transparency in environmental, social, and governance aspects.
